Gratitude

All I can feel and write about today, the day before graduating from a 500hr Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator Program is centered around gratitude. It was the title of my journal when I first started this course, this journey with the breath, this path of self-exploration that has led to so much love, connection, and expansion. Full Circle. My heart is full of gratitude for this evolution.

Each day, I wake up thanking the Universe, Source, Spirit, and Self for the gift of life; for my legs that carry me forward, my lungs that create and nourish my vital life force energy, my hands that radiate energy, magic and light, and my mind that chooses to see the beauty of being human. With and without flaws. With and without limitations, fears, and doubts. With and without pain, suffering, misery, and attachments. With and without bliss, with and without joy, with and without beauty. Everything, anywhere, everywhere, nowhere and nothing. 

This human experience has gifted me a deep appreciation for all the textures, colours, patterns, shapes, and sizes of Rainbow Light within this dense, third-dimensional reality. Each day is an opportunity for growth, transformation, and self-development. Each day a gift filled with sensorial earthly pleasures that can be balanced with both ease and effort.

I am forever grateful for my journey with Breathwork and the luminous beings I’ve encountered along the way. I’m thankful that my perspective has shifted—from dwelling in victim consciousness to seeing beyond the shadow, and recognizing every experience, encounter, opportunity, and person through the lens of unconditional love, forgiveness, and compassion. I now view life through a lens of self-responsibility, accountability, and self-love.

I am grateful that my Soul chose to return to this realm,  to continue unraveling the secrets of the stars and forging a path toward collective enlightenment, freedom, peace, and liberation for all. It is an honour and a privilege to carry this remembrance and to share it with those who are ready, willing, and open to embracing this New Age of Ascension, the Age of Aquarius, the Satya Yuga Golden Age Cycle of Light, Love, Healing, and Harmony for all of humanity.
