I had a couple of group conscious breathwork sessions in the past but it had been over a year. How do I put into words, an experience that transcends time and space? Galareh explained in detail the practice and possible outcomes of the Breathwork experience. By the time I was ready to begin, she had answered all my questions and concerns, which allowed me to find myself quickly in an altered state. Knowing Gal was there and guiding me through the breath, I was able to really let go and see what the experience had for me. I experienced something so beautiful I could feel myself crying. I think with other people I may have judged myself for how my hands moved or face looked while I cried. But I really felt safe and respected to fully experience what was for me that day. It was challenging and exhausting to get there. It was big, profound, exhilarating, blissful, and monumentally liberating. I felt like my soul found its way back to my body. I have been in Galarehs Reiki 1 & Beyond training and I highly recommend that you take this course if you are seeking a thorough and deep overview of reiki. Galareh has created content that covers much more than what you would expect from a Reiki 1 certification which allows you to feel empowered and confident at the end of the course.
The practical section of the training is hands-on teaching filled with tips and tricks that really help you to build a session for clients. She is gifted in her way of passing the knowledge to the students, even if you have never done hands-on care, you will feel comfortable and confident in doing so.
Galareh is highly experienced, passionate and generous with sharing her vast knowledge. Her explanations are easy to understand and her knowledge comes from various sources and lineages of reiki which makes it a really enriching experience on the personal and professional level.
